Products: Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Specifications marked as estimates (such as weight limits) are based on the best information available at the time of listing and may be refined as final production data is confirmed.

Pricing and payment: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders and dispatch: Orders reserve a unit from incoming stock and are dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks. You may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Shipping: Delivery estimates are provided after dispatch and vary by region. Clawssics is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Returns and refunds: Our returns and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — including product images, copy, and the Clawssics name — is ours or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without written consent.
