Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date your delivery is scanned to request a return.

Changed your mind — including "my cat won't use it" — send the Library Tower back complete, in its original packaging if possible. No proof or reason needed. Return postage is at your cost, and we'll refund your original payment method within 2 business days of approving the return.

If your tower arrives faulty, damaged or with missing parts, email us within 30 days with photos or a short video. We'll send a free replacement part or unit, and we usually won't need the original back.

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard 30-day return window applies.

Lifetime Warranty ($7.98) and Shipping Protection ($7.98) are optional add-ons available at checkout.
